Well, starting at the beginning of the year, I was diagnosed with an ulcer. As a consequence (though it shouldn't be an excuse), I went from 145 to 157 lbs. But through working out and some new healthy cook books, I have managed to drop 7 lbs. Not quite where I would like to be, but better than where I was. But, over the summer, I pretty much stopped working out. I did not gain weight, but I didn't lose any either. I need to get back into. I just have no motivation at all. I need to somehow work through that.
